Watec ~ Near IR Spectrum 1/2″ AND 1/3″ CCD Monochrome Cameras ideal for Extreme Low Light Security/Surveillance – WAT-902H2/H3 Supreme

Formerly GenWac, Watec brings to the table two updated versions of the WAT-902H camera, the WAT-902H2 and the WAT-902H3 Supreme. These 1/2″ and 1/3″ IT CCD cameras offer Near-infrared lux sensitivity of 0.0005 at F1.4 making either of the WAT-902H2/H3 Supreme the perfect camera for night surveillance and extreme low light environment security and surveillance applications.

Overview for WAT-902H3 Supremes:

• Approx. 2.5 times more sensitive in the visible ray wavelength.
• Approx. 3 times more sensitive (940nm) in the near-infrared wavelength.
• Smear can be reduced by approx. -10dB.
  Using an infrared beam (700nm~950nm) an object can be monitored in darkness. High resolutions of 380K (EIA) 440K (CCIR) pixels (570 horizontal TV lines).

Watec’s new WAT-1000: WDR industrial camera offers users the assurance of flawless stabilized picture quality when the application calls for a camera to react and compensate, providing high resolution and a stable image.

WAT-1000 wide dynamic range day/night industrial camera offers the user the ability to apply this unit to nearly any light condition with assurance to view clear, true color producing images. As shown below, the WAT-1000 provides crisp line definition and high resolution color images even when this camera faces compromising light conditions; ensuring your Team the ability to identify threats and accurately distinguish facial features. With user friendly OSD (on screen display) and RS232C interface the user is provided full access to this units’ controls making it the perfect camera for any application.

In most applications, conventional cameras do not have the ability to perform nearly as well due to their lack of dynamic range parameters. Shown here (above) is a standard security camera viewing the same image as the WAT-1000 (bottom). Note the standard camera’s inability to adjust leaving your image with unrecognizable images insufficient for any type of threat assessment.
